Orders take up to 7+ business days to process and ship ( excluding weekends and public holidays ) 

This time frame applies to all orders . Once your bundles/wig has been dispatched . You'll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery . 

Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched . Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you have received tracking number . If you have not received your tracking number after 7+ business days please contact theehairfairyco2@gmail.com for assistance . 

Ensure your address , phone number and email are entered correctly at checkout .The Hair Fairy Co. is NOT responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details
